If you're having trouble logging in to your Looka account, it could be because you signed up using Twitter, Facebook, or Google+. 

If that's the case, click the social media platform when you log in to Looka (see screenshot below) instead of entering an email address.

If you have not used a social media account to sign up on our site, and used an email, take a look at this article to learn how to regain access to your account.

Note: You may have received an email from us to the email account associated with your social media sign-in (for example, the Gmail account associated with your Google+); however, you will not be able to log in to Looka with that email address, you will have to press the appropriate social media account button. 

If you have not used the social media sign in options to create your account, please reach out to support at support@looka.com and provide us with the last four digits of the credit card you used and the date you purchased.

If you used paypal, please provide us with your paypal email or transaction ID
