Keeping track of your purchases is important for any business owner. Thankfully, you can easily view your invoices in just a few simple steps:
Log in to your Looka account
Click the menu button
in the top right corner
A pop up bar will appear on the right, click Account on the bottom left
Scroll down to Payment History and click the blue link that begins with ORDER_
You’ll be taken to a page that lists your order details (see example below)
We are unable to provide invoices for orders created prior to November 1st, 2018
The invoice will contain the following information:
Looka's address and masthead
Name & Business Name of purchasing user
Email of purchasing user
Address of purchasing user
Invoice number
Date and description of the product
Amount paid
Last four digits of the purchasing credit card
If you'd like to edit the details on your invoice, please go to Customer Info on the account page and click Update
If you require a VAT number on your invoice, please enter it in the Customer or Business Name field after your company name
