We now offer invoices for the following information:

  • Looka's address and masthead
  • Name & Business Name of purchasing user
  • Email of purchasing user
  • Address of purchasing user
  • Invoice number
  • Date and description of product
  • Amount paid
  • Last four digits of the purchasing credit card

Note: We are unable to provide invoices for orders created prior to November 1st, 2018.

To access invoices for your website subscription or logo purchase, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your Looka account
  2. In the top right corner, select the three lines to open the menu
  3. On the menu that appears, click Account 
  4. On your account page, under Payment, click the blue link that begins with ORDER
  5. You’ll be taken to a page that lists your order details (see example below)
  6. To edit your details, be sure to click "Update" under Customer Info and Billing Info
  7. If you’d like to print this page, right click and press Print on the menu that appears
