Upgrading and Downgrading a Brand Kit

As your business needs change, you may need less or more from your brand kit, so we want to make sure the process is as quick and easy as possible.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Looka account

  2. Click the menu button in the top right corner

  3. Select Account at the bottom of the pop out menu

  4. Under Subscriptions, click Manage next to your brand kit

  5. Select your new brand kit package

If you upgrade your subscription, you will only be billed the difference at the prorated amount.

If you downgrade your subscription, the difference will be applied as a credit to your next payment cycle.

Cancelling a Brand Kit

Having the ability to customize and personalize your brand is essential. The Brand Kit tool allows you to make your brand stand out and be easily recognizable. But sometimes, you may decide to cancel it.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Looka account

  2. Click the menu button in the top right corner

  3. Select Account at the bottom of the pop out menu

  4. Under Subscriptions, click Cancel next to your brand kit

You will continue to have access to your brand kit until the end of your current payment cycle, but will not be charged moving forward.

After the subscription is up, you won’t be billed again and you won’t have access to the Brand Kit, but you’ll still own the rights to your logo and have unlimited edits to your logo

Cancelling your plan will not result in an automatic refund. If the files have been downloaded or if you are more than 7 days post-purchase, we will not be able to issue a refund for the files.

If you're eligible for a refund or if you're unsure if you meet the criteria, please contact our support team
