Tips for a seamless experience with our app:

Using the correct browser:

At Looka, we optimize for the Google chrome browser. Chrome is the most widely used browser in the world, so for continuity of experience, we ensure that our browser is most aligned with Chrome. This doesn’t mean that you are not able to use other browsers, however you may notice some differences in your experience.

Currently the best user experience is found on the following browsers:

- Chrome

- FireFox

Using the correct device:

While some basic functions may be available on all mobile devices or tablets, we always suggest using Looka on a laptop or desktop computer using Google Chrome for the most optimal experience, and to ensure access to all of the app functions, including the ability to download your logo.

If you are on a mobile device and are experiencing issues with the site, switching to a computer will usually solve most simple issues.

Begin every session by logging in

Each time you refresh your browser, the system logs that as a new session, logging out and logging back in also triggers a new session. A session is a group of interactions that take place within a specific time frame. Changes made in an individual session cannot be undone using the undo button once that session has ended. If you enter into a new session but want to return your logo to the way it was before, click here.

When starting a new session on Looka, we always suggest beginning at our homepage, Looka.com and then logging in.

*Note* It is also important to make sure that you are logging into the correct account with your saved or purchased logos.

If you’re unable to access your account, or you are able to log in but your logos are not showing, click here.

Clearing your cache:

**IMPORTANT**

If you have not created an account with Looka before creating your logos, your logos will be assigned to a guest account. Clearing your cache will generate a new guest account meaning you will lose access to the logos you have been working on thus far.

One way to make sure that you save the logos you love, is to bookmark them in your browser., Select edit on the logo you want to save , and add the web page to your browser’s bookmarks by clicking on the star on the right of the address bar before clearing your cache.

Google has an official support article on clearing the cache here, but these are the basic steps

On your computer, open Chrome.

  1. At the top right, click More .

  2. Click More tools Clear browsing data.

  3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  5. Click Clear data.

After clearing your cache, return to our homepage Looka.com in order to log back into your account.
