When you make a logo with Looka, it’s important to make sure that you create your logo while logged in to a registered account.This ensures that you will have access to your logo whenever you need it.
If you didn’t create an account with us before creating your logo, the logo has most likely been assigned to a guest account.
Is the logo you want no longer available for you to edit or purchase? No worries! There’s a couple of steps we can take to try and retrieve it.

Sometimes, it could be the case that you were logged in while creating the logo, but due to inactivity, were logged out by your web browser. This usually happens most frequently on mobile devices..

I’ve made a logo, but not an account
If you were working on a logo with us before creating an account, as mentioned previously, it’s most likely still in our system under a guest account. That means your work is saved somewhere, and with our help, you may be able to get it back
All we’ll need to start helping is a link to the logo that you’re working on.
The URL should something like this:

The numbers in the URL are your logo’s ID number, we can use this to locate the account that your logo is assigned to..
Don’t have a link saved anywhere? No worries, you may still be able to find the direct link to your logo in your web browser’s history.
Most browser’s will also allow you to search your web browsing history to narrow down your results. If yours does, try entering looka.com/editor/ and you should be shown every link to the logos that you were working on.

You can click on any of your results to try and find your logo. If you’re able to do so, great! Just make sure to save the link somewhere, like emailing it to yourself or copying the link to the notes system on your phone.

I don’t have a link or I only have a screenshot
Unfortunately, we cannot retrieve a logo without a direct link to it on our site or from just a screenshot. Our users create thousands of logos a day on Looka, this means that locating an individual logo based on an image would be impossible.
