Of course! You can upgrade at any point if you require additional files or services.

*Note: If you're looking to upgrade your Brand Kit, the instructions are at the bottom of this page.

If you'd like to receive high-resolution files and the ability to make changes and re-download your logo, upgrading from Basic to Premium is the way to go!

To upgrade from the Basic logo-only package to the Premium logo-only package:

1. Log into your Looka account and click the purchased logo ("view brands") that you want to upgrade.

2. You should be taken to your Brand Kit dashboard OR click this Go to Brand Kit dashboard link at the top of the page

3. Click Logo Files from the left menu and scroll down to the Available Upgrades section

4. Click the Buy link next to Upgrade to Premium Logo Package and follow the instructions to upgrade

Upgrading your Brand Kit subscription is as easy as clicking a few buttons and paying the difference between packages.

1. Log in to your Looka account

2. Click on the menu in the top right of the screen (3 stacked lines)

3. Select Account at the bottom of the menu

4. Under the Subscription section, click Update

5. Select the plan you'd like to switch to and follow the prompts to pay the difference.
