How you add your logo to your email signature depends on whether you purchased a Brand Kit subscription or a logo-only package. The Brand Kit includes pre-made email signatures you can copy and paste directly into your email program.

To learn how to copy a logo file into your email provider, see the instructions below.

Using your logo file in an email signature

We don't provide pre-made logos for email signatures in our logo-only packages, but you can use this email signature generator to get one.

Here's how to upload your logo directly to these popular email service providers:

Gmail

  1. Save the Color logo - no background.png file to your Google Drive or desktop.

  2. Log in to your Gmail account and click the gear icon in the upper right corner. Select See All Settings when the drop-down menu appears.

  3. Scroll down to the Signature section and click "+ Create new". Type in your name and credentials, and click the "Insert image" icon that looks like a mountain.

  4. A dialog box will appear, where you’ll be able to select and upload the Color logo - transparent.png version of your logo.

  5. After the image uploads, adjust the sizing by clicking on the logo image, and selecting Small when the dialog box appears.

Outlook

  1. Log in to your Outlook account, then click the gear icon in the top upper right corner. Select View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the menu.

  2. From the Settings menu, click the Compose and Reply option in the left menu. First, add a signature name. You can use something like "Default" or "Main" if this is your only email signature.

  3. Below that, you will see a text editing field, where you can Insert pictures inline (icon that looks like a mountain at the bottom left).

  4. A dialog box will appear, where you’ll be able to select and upload the Color logo - transparent.png version of your logo.

  5. After the image uploads, adjust the sizing by clicking and dragging the edges of your logo.

  6. In the Select Default Signatures section, choose if you'd like to automatically add your signature to new messages and for replies and forwarded messages by selecting the signature name in the drop-down box.

iCloud

  1. Open the Mail app. Click Mail in the top menu and select Preferences.

  2. Click the Signatures tab and select + to add a signature.

  3. Click the Signature #1 option. Navigate to your logo file and right-click to copy it (or go to Edit > Copy in your top menu).

  4. Paste your logo into the signature box and add the text you want.
