What is Looka?

Looka is an AI-powered graphic design platform that provides business owners with a quick and affordable way to create a beautiful brand. Since launching as Logojoy in 2016, the company has served over 5 million users. Looka provides businesses with logos, brand guidelines, social media assets, business card designs, and websites.

What happened to Logojoy?

Our original company name was Logojoy, and we’ve since rebranded to Looka. Although we love the name Logojoy, we’re a platform that provides the full brand design package that small businesses need to look great from day one — and we wanted a name that reflected that.

Can I still access my account?

Yes, you’ll still be able to access your Logojoy account if you log in through, and vice versa! Your login information will be the same on both sites while they’re both up and running. When we transition completely to, you’ll be able to log in with your Logojoy account information to access all your previous designs and purchases via Looka.

To log in to your account follow these instructions:

  1. Navigate to and click Log in in the top right corner.

  2. Enter your Logojoy username and password, or click the appropriate social media sign-in button.

  3. You’ll now have access to your Logojoy logos on your new Looka account.

What will happen to my logos?

Your design creations from Logojoy will be available when you log in via Looka. If you’ve purchased a logo, website, or other add-ons with Logojoy, click the purchased logo in your account to view these assets.

Note: Please be aware that logos created before May 2019 may not be accessible in the latest version of our app. The reason being is that older logos from accounts that have not been accessed since that date, may not have been migrated from our old database. If you created or purchased a logo during this time, please let our CS team know and we will be able to inform you if your files are accessible.

How will I be billed in the future?

Your payment confirmation sent from our credit card processor and via PayPal will be from Logojoy x Looka while our two brands co-exist. 

Your invoice found on your Account page will vary depending on the site you access your account from. If you’re logged into your Logojoy account, you’ll find a Logojoy branded invoice and the same for your Looka account.

What about my website?

You’ll still be able to access your website via, as all of your account and purchase information is still active.
