It’s easy to change or cancel your Brand Kit subscription from your Looka account. Follow the below instructions to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.

*Note: These instructions won’t work on mobile! Please complete these steps while on a computer.

Upgrading Your Brand Kit Subscription

If you want to upgrade to the Premium Brand Kit from the Basic Brand Kit, you’ll be charged the difference between the packages at the time of the change.

Here’s how to upgrade:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. In the top right corner, select the three lines to open the menu:

3. On the menu that appears, click Account 

4. Under Subscriptions, click Update

5. You'll be taken to the pricing page to select a different plan

6. Select the plan you want to upgrade to (e.g. Basic to Premium, Premium to Business)

7. On the checkout page, you’ll be charged the prorated amount, based on the amount of time left in the month (Brand Kit subscriptions are billed at an annual price)

8. Click Purchase once you've reviewed the updated charges

Note: Your billing renewal date will remain the same as your initial purchase 

Downgrading Your Brand Kit Subscription

When going from the Business to Premium subscription, for example, you won’t be charged an additional amount at checkout. Instead, you’ll see the updated lower amount on your next billing cycle (subscriptions renew annually from the date of purchase).

If you’d like to downgrade from from one of our higher subscription plans to a lower package, follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. In the top right corner, select the three lines to open the menu
  3. On the menu that appears, click Account 
  4. Under Subscriptions, click Update
  5. You'll be taken to the pricing page to select a different plan
  6. Select the plan you want to downgrade to
  7. You'll be taken to the checkout page, where you won't be charged anything
  8. Click Purchase to complete the change

Note: Your original purchase for your previous plan will not be refunded. Your billing date will remain the same as your initial purchase

Cancelling Your Brand Kit Subscription

Brand Kit subscriptions are billed annually. When you cancel your subscription, you’ll still have access to your Brand Kit assets until a year after your date of purchase (e.g. if you purchased a website on November 12th, you’ll have access to the Brand Kit until November 12th the following year).

After the year is up, you won’t be billed again and you won’t have access to the Brand Kit (but you’ll still own the rights to your logo and have unlimited edits to your logo).

*Note: Cancelling your plan will not result in a refund. If you're seeking a refund **DO NOT** cancel your plan. Instead, contact the support department at support@looka.com

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. In the top right corner, select the three lines to open the menu
  3. On the menu that appears, click Account 
  4. Under Subscriptions, click Cancel
  5. You'll be asked to verify if you'd like to cancel your subscription. 
  6. Once that is done, the subscription will say cancels on [date] — this means that you won’t be charged again, and that when it’s time to renew, the features that come with the subscription will be cancelled.

*Note: After cancellation, you’ll still have access to your logo files (and unlimited edits to the logo files).
