If you're having trouble logging in to your Looka account, it could be because you signed up using Twitter, Facebook, or Google+. 

If that's the case, click the social media icon when you log in to Looka (see screenshot below) instead of entering an email address.

If you used your email to sign up, take a look at this article on how to reset your password.

Note: You may have received an email from us to the email account associated with your social media sign-in (for example, the Gmail account associated with your Facebook). However, you will not be able to log in to Looka with that email address. Instead, click the appropriate social media account button to sign in. 

If you still can't access your account, please reach out to support@looka.com with the last four digits of your credit card and the date you purchased.

If you used Paypal, please provide us with your Paypal email or transaction ID.
