You can use TM, ©, or SM on non-registered trademarks, but can only use the ® symbol in officially registered trademarks from your country or state’s governing body.
Not all of our fonts support special characters like the trademarking and copyright symbols, so you may not be able to add them in through our website.
If you'd like some help including these symbols on your logo, please reach out to our support team and we can help incorporate them for you. For further information please read our Terms of Service.
If you reach out to the Looka support team to have them add your symbols to your logo, the changes will be made in a separate program. This means that the changes will not reflect in your logo on your account/brand kit. You will be sent a separate link to download your logo with the added symbol.
This change can only be made once by our support team, so the logo will need to be in its final version, because it will not be editable on the platform once the symbol has been added.

In order to add ®, we will require the trademark certificate proving your logo has been trademarked in your country.
